Website Visitor's Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

I, a visitor to the website https://dialogic-ai.ru/, freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give NEXT LEVEL LLC (INN 9729294203, OGRN 1207700059676; address: 15 Krzhizhanovskogo St, bldg 5, Moscow 117218, Russia) my consent to the processing of the data I have provided for the purposes of reviewing my request, contacting me by the method I have chosen, arranging a demonstration of Dialogic, and preparing a tailored proposal.

This consent applies only when I separately select it in a form on the website. It is not a condition for viewing the website, does not confirm the conclusion of a license agreement, and does not grant the right to process the personal data of other participants in calls submitted by an organization for an audit.

This consent covers my name; the contact I have chosen, namely a phone number or a Telegram, WhatsApp, or Max identifier; information about my organization and job title, if I have provided it myself; and the text of my comment and of subsequent correspondence regarding the request.

To evidence that consent has been given, the Operator additionally records the date and time of the selection, the version of the text, the page and the form, the request identifier, and the necessary technical details of the event. Health information, passport details, recordings of third parties, and payment details are not included. Analytics cookies are not covered by this consent; their use is described in the separate Cookie Policy.

The Operator may collect, record, systematize, accumulate, store, update, retrieve, and use the listed data for the stated purpose; provide the necessary access to its employees and to duly engaged contractors for request processing, CRM, and communication tools; and block, delete, and destroy the data. Processing is carried out both by automated means and with human involvement.

Public dissemination of the data and advertising mailings are not covered by this consent. Access to the data may be granted to the Operator’s employees and contractors who need it to process the request and contact me, subject to confidentiality.

This consent is valid from the time of my separate confirmation until the purpose is achieved, but for no more than 12 months after the last substantive contact regarding the request, unless withdrawn earlier. If a contract is subsequently concluded and other legal bases for processing arise, the relevant data may be stored to the extent necessary and for the periods established by law and the Policy.

I may withdraw my consent and request information about the processing, or the rectification or destruction of data, by writing to info@dialogic-ai.ru or by letter to the Operator’s postal address. After withdrawal, processing based solely on this consent stops; the data are deleted in the manner prescribed by law unless there is another basis for retaining them.

Withdrawal does not affect actions lawfully performed before it was received and does not prevent processing on another independent legal basis.

Consent is given by a separate checkbox that is not preselected, with an accessible link to the full text. A checkbox acknowledging the Policy is not combined with consent to advertising and does not replace this separate checkbox. The Operator keeps technical proof of the selection and the version of the document in effect at the time of the selection.

This consent does not extend to subscriptions, recurring charges, bank card processing, advertising, the recording of conversations involving me for other purposes, or the processing of clients’ audio recordings. Such actions require their own terms and legal bases.
